Born from the handed down tradition of the Azienda Olearia del Garda SpA, founded by my grandfather Augusto Erbifori in the 1980s, MONOCULTO carries on the family legacy with passion and commitment.

Our history has its roots in the picturesque Malcesine, on the shores of Lake Garda , where my grandfather started the oil mill thirty years ago. The subsequent move to Bardolino in 1987 marked a period of explosive growth, culminating with the entry of my father Roberto Erbifori into the company.
